Damian Guzman is the founder of FTE Legal and a member of the California and New York Bars. He has served as Head of Legal at Solid Financial Technologies, Senior Legal Counsel for the Americas at Airwallex, and Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Visa, and practiced corporate and M&A law at K&L Gates and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and the IAPP CIPP/US and CIPM certifications.
