5. We will not bill clients for time spent on trivial tasks (e.g., quick texts, short emails).

6. Our rates and terms will be posted publicly on our website.

7. Our invoices will contain adequate detail of billable activity and expenses.

8. We will never mark up expenses or engage in fee-sharing with co-counsel and consultants.

9. We operate as an AI-native practice and will leverage automation and artificial intelligence tools to ensure efficiency, always ethically, with attorney review of every work product, and in a manner that protects your information. We opt out of AI model training with our vendors wherever the option exists, and we do not knowingly route your confidential information through tools that train AI models on them.

10. We will make an effort to advise you when a known lower cost alternative to a plan of action is available.
